DBS Engagement Event 2021

The Department of Biological Sciences (DBS) annual engagement event was aired on both Zoom and DBS Facebook Live from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm, hosted by Professor Prakash Kumar, Chair of Outreach, and attended by 330 prospective students and some parents. The event provided a platform for the students to find out more about the Life Sciences Programme and to make informed choices when they join NUS.
Professor Yu Hao, Head of the Department welcomed the participants and kick-started the event which included several talks on the Life Sciences programme, and 4 on research. More than 150 questions were raised and answered during the Q&A sessions.
