CBIS High-Resolution Workshop 2024

Are you wishing you could see more detail in your fluorescence microscope images? Tired of zooming in and seeing a blur? This workshop is for you. Learn how to tune the microscope like a race car and do computational wizardry to recover the invisible detail hiding in your images.

26 September 2pm – 6pm

– PSF and deconvolution: what, why and how

– configuring microscope for high resolution

– Airyscan and LiveSR super-resolution

27 September 9am – 6pm

– sample preparation and mistakes to avoid

– test your own samples

– Huygens software practical: quality control tool (by SVI via zoom), PSF distiller, deconvolution, batch processing (computers will be provided)
