Luxendo/CBIS LM Core workshop on InVi SPIM lattice light-sheet microscope

The CBIS Light Microscopy Core is pleased to provide a workshop by Luxendo and SANE European Imaging Solutions to demonstrate our new Bruker Luxendo InVi SPIM lattice light-sheet microscope.

The instrument has a wide range of excitation wavelengths and light-sheet illumination patterns, such as optical Lattice, static or scanned Gaussian, scanned Bessel, and airy beams, etc., for high resolution, deep penetration, large view and high-speed imaging. Achievable resolution is about 200nm in lateral and 320nm in axial, with 80-fps full frame acquisition speed and minimized photobleaching. It is recommended for imaging a large variety of samples, including cells, spheroids, small organism such as fish/drosophila embryos, plant, etc.

The workshop consists of an introductory seminar by Luxendo managing director Dr Malte Wachsmuth, followed by a demo of the system (note that space is very limited in the lab). We will also hold open sessions for hands-on sample testing over the subsequent three weeks.

Please kindly register for the seminar here

Time: 2-3pm, Friday 1 July 2022

Venue: S1A-02-17

Speaker: Dr. Malte Wachsmuth, Managing Director and Head of Product Management and Application, Support and Service, IP at Luxendo GmbH, Bruker Nano

We will also hold open sessions for hands-on sample testing over the subsequent two weeks. If you are interested, please book your slot by filling in your name on this Google sheet
