CBIS, SANE Asia and Luxendo GmbH are pleased to conduct a full-day technical workshop on our InVi SPIM Lattice Pro light sheet microscope. Dr. Malte Wachsmuth, Luxendo Co-founder & Head of Application, Support and Service will be present, as well as the SANE engineers who set up the CBIS system.

This workshop offers hands-on experience of a feature set that is unique among light sheet microscopes in Singapore.

9 am – 12 pm
– cross sections of beam varieties produced by spatial light modulator
– generating and uploading custom SLM patterns using SSPIM
– introduction to lattice and structured illumination acquisition with live cells
– spare time for open-ended technical exploration

12 pm – 1 pm
– lunch cum fireside chat on what Luxendo is doing to promote lattice light sheet quality control and imaging standards to enhance reproducibility

1 pm – 4 pm
– lattice and SIM acquisition with live cells
– SIM reconstruction with SIMToolbox

4 pm – 4.30 pm
– tea, networking and discussion

4.30 pm – 6 pm
– direct laser and camera control and camera-based fluorescence correlation spectroscopy using CBIS-developed Fiji ImFCS plugin
– spare time for open-ended technical exploration
