Research Interests
My research interests revolve around the development and application of genomics tools and analytics for foodborne outbreak investigation, prevention and control. I am enthusiastic towards realising the potential in coupling state-of-the-art DNA sequencing methodologies to genomic analytics for microbial safety testing of food.
