CBIS/DBS LM Core Facility workshop: Intermediate/Advanced Image Processing with Fiji by Kavya Devarajan

This intermediate/advanced image workshop features an introduction to the automation tools in FIJI, including plugins, batch processing and scripting.

The workshop provides:

• A broad understanding of the IJ macro language
• Hands-on coding experience with real examples on confocal microscopy
• Experience with automated multiple image analysis using FIJI’s Batch Mode
