Einst/CBIS LM Core workshop on Spinning Disk Confocal: Andor Dragonfly
The DBS/CBIS Light Microscopy Core is pleased to provide a workshop by EINST Technology to demonstrate their Spinning Disk Confocal Microscope System, Dragonfly.
Dragonfly employs a novel multi-point confocal system to deal with the following confocal imaging challenges:
- Lengthy scan times to get a 2D or 3D image
- Samples prone to photobleaching
- Low resolution and signal to noise images
The workshop has the following detailed schedules:
25th November 2021, Thursday (2:00pm – 3:00pm)
WEBINAR: Dragonfly Confocal System introduction
No registration needed.
29th November – 10th December 2021, (3 sessions a day, 1000 – 1200, 1330 – 1530, 1530 – 1730)
ON-SITE DEMONSTRATION: S1A #01-06, CBIS lab instrument room 5
Feel free to bring your own sample to experience the unique features of the Dragonfly System. This is a one-to-one session and has limited slots.
