Synopsis:  
Fundamental changes in agriculture practice and food production is inevitable. Providing food for an increasing population and at the same time reducing the negative environmental impact of conventional agriculture practices will be a great challenge. To address these concerns, I will discuss using cellular agriculture as a sustainable solution. Cellular agriculture involves cultivating animal cells in a controlled environment to create cultured or lab-grown meat products. In this talk, I will talk about the process of making cultivated meat, the challenges that this technology faces as well as the impact this technology may have in our quest to reduce the negative environmental impact of our current food production method.
